Privacy Policy for PowerWise - Workout Tracker

1. Introduction
Welcome to PowerWise! We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Android app, including account creation, workouts, AI suggestions, and interactions with ads and subscriptions.

2. Data Collection
We collect the following data:

    Account Information:
        Firebase Authentication: To create an account, we collect your email address and any credentials necessary to authenticate you using Firebase Authentication. This data is retained as long as your user account exists.

    Workout and Exercise Data:
        When you create workouts, templates, and custom exercises, this data is stored in Firebase Firestore, which is a cloud-based database service provided by Google. This data is retained as long as your user account exists.

    AI Exercise Suggestions:
        The app provides AI-based exercise suggestions through the OpenAI API. We send workout data (exercises you've created) to the OpenAI service to provide tailored suggestions. However, no personally identifiable information (PII) is sent to OpenAI. This data is ephemeral and not tied to your account.

    Ad Data:
        When you watch rewarded video ads, we use AdMob Mobile SDK to display ads. AdMob collects data such as your device ID and ad interaction history. This data is retained in accordance with AdMob Service Privacy Policy.

    Payment Data:
        If you subscribe to PowerWise PRO, payments are processed via Google Play Store. We do not directly collect payment information, but Google may collect necessary data for processing subscriptions. This data is retained in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Data
The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

    To Provide the Service:
        User accounts are managed via Firebase Authentication, and workout data is stored in Firebase Firestore to sync and save your workouts across devices.

    To Generate Exercise Suggestions:
        Your workout data is used to generate exercise suggestions via the OpenAI API based on your current workout. OpenAI may process this data to provide relevant recommendations, but it does not retain any personal data.

    To Show Ads:
        The app uses AdMob to display rewarded video ads. When you watch an ad, AdMob may collect data such as device information and interaction with the ad.

    For Subscriptions:
        If you subscribe to PowerWise PRO, we use the data to grant access to premium features, including additional workout templates, exercises, and PowerWise Tokens for exercise suggestions.

4. Sharing of Data
We share your data with the following third parties:

    Firebase: For account authentication and workout data storage.
    OpenAI: To generate AI-based exercise suggestions.
    AdMob: For displaying rewarded video ads.
    Google Play Store: For managing subscriptions and payment processing.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. Data Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect your data. Firebase Firestore and Authentication services are secured using industry-standard encryption. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

    Access: You can access the data you have provided to us within the app.
    Correction: You can correct any errors in your data.
    Deletion: You can request to delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at sweakpolska@gmail.com. Make sure to include the email linked with your account in the email.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app and on our Google Play Store listing. Please check this page periodically for updates.
